Changing rooms on Dish Receivers

We had Dish satellite and 2 Dish322 receivers which service 4 rooms. We had our service paused while we were out of state for a while. It's now back on but we've only had 1 receiver activated. Unfortunately, it's one that controlled 2 bedrooms instead of a bedroom and the living room. Can any one give me a wiring diagram of how it should now be set up and maybe a comparision diagram of how it would have been set up. I've done a lot of wiring for electrical, networking, and regular cable but Dish is completely foreign to me. We are not planning on upgrading our receivers at this time so Dishnetwork wants about $90 just to come out and move some wiring connections!

Thanks!

If you still have both receivers, just call dish and deactivate the one in the 2 bedrooms and activate the other one.

If you want to move it, essentially there is a satellite in cable. Then there will be 2 TV outputs, one for the main TV and one for the remote TV. The remote is a coax and you pick an unused UHF channel on the receiver to broadcast to the remote TV.

Tell us the rest of the story, did you return the second 322? Can you deactivate the active receiver and activate the second 322 is it still connected where you want service.

Have you tried adding the service contract that reduces the $90 service call to $15 even with early cancellation it is cheaper than $90.

Provided your setup uses diplexers (single coax to each 322)
all you have to do is find the remote diplexers (looks like a 2-way splitter but should say diplexer on it) at your d-mark (place where all the wires come to together)
swap the wires on the single side of the diplexers from one to the other and your done.
you may have to re-tune your bedroom tv to the original channel number or the one listed in the system info page (tv2)
let us know if you need help "pairing" the remotes as that may be an issue too

I just re-read your post
the above assumes you moved the working receiver you the living room and the master was still not working

all you may have to do is move it (the working box) to the living room
