I was just on the Dish Network site (I am an existing customer) and was trying to change my programing from AT120 to Flex. There is currently no option to change to Flex Plan in the list of plans. It still shows the discontinues Smart Pack. Can existing customers change to Flex Plan? If so, I guess I need to go through the phone maze instead of doing it on-line. If there is a DiRT member around, that might work too.
