There is no time line of when the Locals will be put on if at all, there is a list of 50 dma's that DIsh is doing there is a nice list here

C-U is only in the top 100 metro areas, not the top 50, so it looks like it will be a while...

To my knowledge, the top 50 DMA's( according to the number of tv households in each) will get their HD LIL first.....Check with the nielsen ratings website and check the ranking of the Champ./Urbana DMA.

Ok..did a little research....your DMA is Champaign/Springfield/Decatur..with 371,000 tv households it the #82 market in the US....
It'll be a while....Sorry..
