Same here,on all of my Hx2x DVRs/receivers,using the remote to go to menus caused the screen to freeze on all of them & I've had to reboot. I was able to revert ALL of my DVRs/receivers back to NR but my H24. I'll do a report with it later,post the number here,& then try to revert it back to NR later.On HR24-200 whenever I went to Menus or guide I froze and had to restart so went back to NR Other than that Genie is working good!!
