Central Florida Viewers - WKMG Waiver???

On a local AVS forum, a local member says he received a waiver for the CBS HD feeds from the local CBS station, WKMG. He says he was told by D* that this was a blanket waiver for the entire Central Florida market (WKMG is not an O&O station). I have called D* on 2 occassions and they say they have no knowledge of the waiver.

Are any Central Florida members getting the CBS HD feed? If so, how did you get it and wtih whom did you speak?

He might have a waiver on file.I was given a waiver years ago from WKMG.
