Center Ice

I am trying to decide if Dish is what I want and NHL coverage is important to me. When I go to the online TV guide I find channels 626 to 639 say NHL but don't show any games for tonight. There is 1 game shown for NHLNET. This can't be the only game that they are showing. Also, I can't find any NHLHD channels. Where are they? Please help.

The HD channels are 625-639 (Each number technically has 2 channels, a SD and an HD feed)

I've been very happy with Dish's coverage in HD so far this season. The Canadian feeds are not in HD, but no US provider has them in HD.

As for the # of games, here' the listing. Something must have been wrong at your end as saturday there was a plethora of games scheduled on center ice.

actually the Hockey Night in Canada broadcast every saturday (on nhl network) is in HD.

I wished they go back to showing the extended programing of HNIC. they used to just show the two HNIC games back to back on one channel and you'd see all the post game and in between game coverage. now they only show the first game (in hd) on the nhl network and you miss the immediate post game. the second game is shown in sd on another channel.

Thank you very much for the good info. I eventually found the info on a ppv sight but it wasn't in the guide.
