Center Ice reauthorization

!st time post. I have a new HR22 to replace a HR21 that was constantly resetting. The HR22 has so far worked fine except for every night I tune to Center Ice and nothing. Reset and call for reauthorization. Had the same problem wi the HR21. The next night, same thing. Any suggestions?

Sounds like maybe your subscription acct is messed up in the system; had you upgraded and disabled any receivers? I would have them check it out.
