Isn't it interesting to read in the paper about how Sprint expects to lose as many people in the first quarter of 2008 as they lost in all of 2007? And how they blame it on people not being able to pay their bills! While admitting that their customers are going to Verizon and AT&T - where, presumably, they are able to pay their bills.
Of course, their extensive billing system problems, customer service concerns (off & on) and the way they've treated their employees has nothing to do with it. If they can't see what problems they really have, they can't work on fixing them. I suspect they know they're just trying to increase their value for a buyout offer. I guess their spectrum and towers must be worth something.
