That's awesome! They should start their own streaming service in competition to Aereo. The more the merrier!

That is, instead of being whiny little brats, like they are trying to be over the whole situation.

In the long run I doubt there will be much of anything changed if Aereo wins or loses.

If CBS would have done this to begin with then maybe services like Aereo would not have had to come out. CBS dont even offer on demand on their website.

CBS was not part of Hulu, it was a venture between ABC, Fox & NBC.
