UPDATE: CBS Has also picked up Jerry Bruckheimer's Hostages

CBS has just greenlighted four new comedies: Chuck Lorre's Mom (which was already heavily rumored to be a lock), The Millers (starring Will Arnett), Crazy Ones (starring Robin Williams and Sarah Michelle Gellar), and We Are Men (starring Chris Smith, Kal Penn, Tony Shalhoub and Jerry O’Connell).

CBS has also picked up Drama Intelligence with Lost's Josh Holloway

MOM - "single mother (no such thing, BTW) is newly sober and trying to put her life togther living with her mother, who she blames for her problems".

WE ARE MEN - Male bonding show. Bunch of ex-husbands in a condo complex.

THE MILLERS - Divorced guy has his parents move in with him.

CRAZY ONES - Office comedy set on Madison Ave.

HOSTAGES - Woman MD's family is held hostage to force her to be MD to the POTUS.

INTEL - Secret agent man has implant that lets him "see" the electromagnetic spectum.

None look really interesting. Mom will last because of its time slot. Men might be OK. The two dramas sound more like TV movies than somthing that could carry a series.

WE ARE MEN - Male bonding show. Bunch of ex-husbands in a condo complex; not interesting nor funny

THE MILLERS - Divorced guy has his parents move in with him. not interesting nor funny

CRAZY ONES - Office comedy set on Madison Ave. sounds marginally funny...for about 3-weeks

HOSTAGES - Woman MD's family is held hostage to force her to be MD to the POTUS.

INTEL - Secret agent man has implant that lets him "see" the electromagnetic spectum.

Agreed...I don't see much worth watching.

I see a few that look interesting but only time will tell. Maybe we can get one or two good hits from all of these.
