CBS HD New York feed

I live in south Georgia and currently receive CBS HD out of New York with Dish. Will I continue to receive this, or will the rescent court rulings concerning the distant networks keep me from getting it?

Oh, and I've read these boards for awhile just never registered to post. I really enjoy reading everything you guys talk about. I figured if I wanted real answers, I could find them here rather than customer service.

I would think no it wouldn't affect you since the deal for CBS Hd is a seperate deal that Dish made with CBS. I have it too and I like to have another option for CBS if my locals are showing something else other than national programming.
