CBS East HD and CBS West HD on Telstar6

Are these channels really DVB (as per http://www.lyngsat.com/ia6.html )? Or they something else? I have tried finding them using my Twinhan card as well as a Coolsat Pro 4000 but to no avail. As far as my hardware is concerned - there is no CBS East HD or CBS West HD on Telstar 6... (BTW - I do realize I won't be able to view HD programming with the Coolsat; I'm just trying to locate them with any means I have available.)

Need a C-band LNB and a BIG (10' foot) dish.
