I JUST PURCHACED AA CW-600S WITH A 35" MOTOR DISH FROM GO SAT.
I FOUND KU GALAXY 3C (95W) AND NO. 20 HAS 15 CHAN.s WITH A STRENGTH OF A 100% AND QUALITY OF 80% BUT STILL NO PICTURE , WHAT COULD I BE DOING WRONG ? I AM IN THE DEEP SOUTH RECOVERING FROM THE KATRINA STORM AND WOULD LOVE TO SEE MY INVESTMENT ROCK AND ROLL.

Are those the RTN (scrambled) channels? I found them last night for the first time myself. ;-)

There's a lot of that going around.

Are you able to get the Chinese channels on G3 (CCTV)? They are on
11780 freq
H polarity
20760 symbol rate

It sounds like you are not on the right satellite. What is the rest of the system?
-motor involved?
-what type of LNB?

If i recieve any channel

If i receive any channel at this point it would be fantastic.

type of system

I purchaced the cw-600s package from gosat. with the invacom lnb universal and the hh90 motor with the 90 cm dish.

The best thing to do is to remove the motor for the time being. Best to get a few satellites before you try and add a motor (especially if a newbie) : )

I would aim for Galaxy 11, as that is your true south. This is for a fixed dish (no motor involved)
-Dish should be at 55 elevation
-select Galaxy 11 in setup
-find transponder with 12060 freq, V polarity, 26700 symbol rate
-for the LNB LO, needs to be on “Universal” (9750/10600)
-Diseqc is “OFF”
