Can't upload pictures

I am having a problem I have never had here.

I can't upload pictures to my post.

When I open the attachment manager, I get a red bar across the top I haven't ever seen before and above it it says "Sum of all attachments owned by linuxman: 130.47 MB"

When I browse and select the pictures and try to upload it says "Exceeds your quota by 121.37 MB. Click here to view your attachments"

I didn't know there was a quota. If there is, I obviously exceeded it a long time ago.

Is there a problem?

Is there really a quota on attachments?
