Cant select top ethernet option

Couldn't use sling on my phone yesterday, said receiver had no internet, checked today and broadband is set to MOCA and there is no way to change it to ethernet top, the hopper has a direct ethernet line to it. I remember this happening after a software update just cant remember what was done to fix it, any help would be appreciated. I am software s234.

A tech installed 2 Hoppers & 3 Joeys in our house Sat morning. He was having the same exact issue and never got it working 100%. After he left I unplugged the ethernet cable.

SOLVED, my ethernet cable had come loose from the router, all set now, figures it was something little like that.
