I had this problem before but it was an issue that was in Direct's network and they fixed it themselves. Now it is back. I can download content just fine via on-demand but when I go to watch it, I get the error 733, Check internet connection or phone line. Since I can get the content via on-demand, I know the internet connection is working. When I run the network test, it passes just fine. Not really sure how to troubleshoot this one.
Anyone have an idea? I would call Direct for support but not sure how network savvy their tech support staff are.
