Can't log into chat room

Does anyone know why I can't log into the chat room? I always have in the past, last time I was in was during Echo 11 launch. During tech chat I couln't get in. Someone suggested problem with Java, I have reinstalled java. Whan I go to login it says dijohn76, success, logging in then nothing further happens, it just sits there. I have also disabled my firewall and system guard. Help please!!

Hmmmm, its normally a java problem. Its working for me, so must be something on your end.

I am on java site now trying to find out if they have any idea what the problem is.
