Can't get DTV Channel 94 HD BB Game??

Directv can't figure it out, after a 20-minute phone call. I have MLB Extra Innings and FSN. Channel 94 says the game is in HD but then says it's not available in my area.

Why not? Does anyone know?? I'm excempt from local blackouts as I already have MLB Extra Innings. I'm on the west coast.

Maybe because it's an ESPN national game. It is Wednesday night after all.

It's YES Netword HD feed only for people in the YES home market. Only SD games are included in MLB EI

So I enter a 3rd baseball season with no HD MLB on the west coast. My Toshiba Cinema Series will be obsolete by next year (4 years old).

3 years later and it's still the same old DiscHD, tired movies on HDNet, ESPNHD is a huge disappointment for MLB, no HD on FSN......I'm dumping HD soon. Selling it all. Heck, I'll get get all my news & sports via internet.

BTW, out of the 30 plus kids 10-15 in our neighborhood not ONE watches TV. It's internet all the way. Think the networks know this?

I get it on both YES and ESPNHD via DirecTV. I'm in YES's DMA.
