Somethings not right. I can see not wanting the original Hopper back - but not wanting a HWS back?

There are certain applications in which I could see the HWS as the preferred setup over the H3, so I think whoever told the OP they didn't want it back was/is mistaken. I wold check with DIRT.

Agree with the others...send a PM to a member of the DIRT team. It's all fun and games till they hit your credit card out of the blue for not returning the HWS, because someone (likely) mistakenly said you could keep it.

Heck, I once got charged for nor returning a receiver, even though I knew it had to go back and they had just gotten delayed shipping me the return box.

On the main Dish page is a Helpers On Line Box to the left. If one is on duty, they will show up in RED, then PM that person.

I haven't received my boxes yet either. I will probably get a hold of them by the end of the week to remind them. I don't want to get charged.

My SiL's boxes took over 3 weeks to arrive. That was a cancellation and not an upgrade though.
