Can you watch programs on Android smartphone?

I recently got the Blockbuster@home service to compliment our DISH TV service. While I figured out how to watch Starz and Epix material on a Windows based PC (laptop and desktop), is there any way to also watch it on an Android smartphone?

Nope. But you can get the epix app to watch epix on your Android.
