"i'm sorry, due to high call volume we cannot connect your call at this time, please call again later." (Hmm, at midnight they have high call volumes?, bull.)
this is not an isolated situation here, every weekend it's the same, whether you want to upgrade or troubleshoot or anything. call center closed.
