I upgraded to a 622 this is what dish is showing as my charges. I already had center ice package and i was an annual customer. God help me when I have to call a csr when i get the real bill!!!! I know i need to get a 49.00 credit

total without taxes is 1161.99 and total after ubtracted charges and or credits is 451.92, looking at the charges though the 451.92 charge seems to be prorated for a partial month charge and the change in package charge as a full months bill with the 299.99 charge would put the bill with nhl center ice at a hair shy of $500.

As someone who is considering upgrading from the digital home advantage with America's top 60 and locals to either the bronze or silver package, I gotta admit I'm a little worried I'll get shafted like that. Its not as if you can go to the Dish website and find out. I've cobbled together enough info that I'm pretty sure what my new monthly bill would be, but if a bill like that one showed up, I'd be in hot water with the wife, who also happens to be an accountant.

I think if I got a bill like that, I'd just call them and tell them that their bill is indesipherable and I am not going to waste my time trying to figure it out and that they need to fix it and get me a correct bill for me to go over. Of couse, getting them to do that may be easier said than done.

I had ther same double dip and the csr removed the double charges and was very nice about it. Try calling and see.

i think you should submit that bill to the BBB as ...well..i cant say fraud..but how about confusing!

I have a real mess with my past couple of billings. I have autopay so my credit card has just been charged. I cannot not find any way to tie out with the bills. I did not receive a bill for 1 month because I had a credit balance. I would really like to see this anyway. That may shed some light on what is going on. What I see for the on-line transactions for that time do not match anything I have called billing a couple of times and they keep saying everything is correct. I finally got through to the cancellation department and they acknowldged that I had been double billed for MLB. I have not seen this charge anywhere. They supposedly gave me a credit. I have sent 3 E-mails now to CEO@dishnetwork and have not received a response. I finally called my credit card company and told them my bills are in dispute. They are supposed to be following up with Dishnetwork. Does anyone have any other suggestions on how to get the information that I need?
