I lost Sat 119 on my super dish since last Thursday, and the tech support was pretty helpful. I called the on Thursday night told them I had NC on under 119, and that 110, and 121 are working, and promptly the tech guy said no problem you won't get charged for the programing till the problem is fixed. The tech guy had me call back on Friday since it was storming on Thursday. So I called back Friday after checking the switch by swapping the connections to make sure the switch hadn't gone bad. Called back Dish told them what I did they promptly said your Super Dish has some issue, and got me a installer to come back out. Again the tech person said by the way you won't get charged for programing.
In all tech support was really good. Now the only complain is my Super Dish lost sat 110 five months back, and now 119 is gone. I never had any of these problems with my Dish 500, and Dish 300 setup.
