Can not login into my account

I am unable to log into my account. I called Dish and their stupid CSR does not know how to help. They claim the system is down.

Whats up did someone hack into Dish network?

Dish wake up I think your system has been HACKED!!!

I had to log in with my old username, NOT email address

I got my issue sorted out. I used to login with my email. When I did an online chat with Dish he told me that they did some upgrades to their system and I now need to use my user name which he told me what it was. I logged in fine then.

This is pretty weird. I can log in with my email address but not my old user name. It just doesn't make sense, unless they split their database somehow.

Finally

E* finally got my account fixed. The problem all along was the ph #. They had to change it in my acct. Even though I had updated it a while back it still wasn't showing that, I guess. I now have 2 movie coupons to use now due to having to re-register the acct.
