Can not login into my account

I am unable to log into my account. I called Dish and their stupid CSR does not know how to help. They claim the system is down.

Whats up did someone hack into Dish network?

Dish wake up I think your system has been HACKED!!!

I don't know about hacked but they are trying to reset mine from scratch. I haven't been able to get in for over a week. They told me to register as a new user & that isn't working either. Telling it's wrong ph #. How can it a wrong ph # if it is a new acct set up?

I tryed going in from scratch also with the same results.

I fear that someone may have stolen our private information. What else can the reason be for the site not to reconize the phone #?

If someone stole my info from E* they will not get much. They sure won't get anything for where I live. I don't have my CC stored and the ph # sure isn't right at least that's what it tells me. Now if they have pulled a bunch of stuff from lots of people maybe they will get something.
 
I couldn't either. I tried my old log in, the one we used before they merged Dish Remote from the Sling site, and that worked. Don't know why they went back to that. I never hears that they were doing that.

I tried both the ID & the email addy before I contacted E* about my problem.

Been ten days since I first noticed I couldn't login, still cant. Used the on line chat and they couldn't help other than telling me to use the contact us E-mail form. Tried that and haven't got a response and it has been a week.
 
I tried and failed to login a couple of hours ago. After 3 failed attempts, I was given a "Reset Password" link which sent me an email. When I clicked on it, I was taken to a page that asked me for my mother's maiden name. Even though I put in the correct name, I was told it was incorrect. After 3 tries, I was locked out and instructed to call Dish. All the CSR told me was to try again in 24 hours. Something is definately messed up there.

That's where I am now is going thru the emails back and forth to try & get it fixed.
