I love the phone and I have a Dish 722 receiver already. If I get a sling adapter on my wifi network, will I be good to go to watch some football this season?

I see no mention of Blackberry on the DISH site for their app. If you get the actual Slingbox that app supports Blackberry. (You would need to check to be sure for your model phone)
With Blackberry's future in doubt I'm not seeing DISH including them at this point if they are not already.

I can't believe that out of the thousands of apps they've for the blackberry DISH still don't have an app for the "Dish anywhere". Apparently Sling hasn't made one either http://slingbox.com/go/spm
It may be worth spending the money for the adaptor to try it. I don't thing I would spend the money for a sling and have it not work. You may want to check about changing your phone.

The phone is great...easily the best smart phone I ever owned, but it doesn't have as many apps. I'm sure it shouldn't be too hard to make one for this platform too.
According to our internal site DISH Anywhere is available OS 5 on Blackberry. I do not know how new that OS is but I remember Blackberry always being in beta, don't know if it was ever taken out of that.
