Can I use just Internet portion of my bundled deal?

comcast is offering a cheaper introductory price for cable + internet, than for internet alone. Problem is I don't really care for cable TV and besides I already bought my own modem, the surfboard 6141.

I am hoping I can order their internet plus with blast 50mbps deal, which includes cable, but only receive the internet. Is this possible?

Yes, it all comes in on the same cable. Just don't set up the cable box for the tv. Make sure the installer doesn't disturb your existing cabling if you have another TV provider.
