Can I get 'C' Band with my set-up?

Can you guys tell me what a good strong 'C' band signal to start off with is?

I will need the specific sat location, H and V position to find the channel right?

I dont believe I have any 'C' sats on my Coolsat 5000, so I will have to plug them in.

I was tinkering with my C-band dish at my other location this past weekend and found a really strong one. Scopus on 113W C-band 84% Quality.
