Can I copy from HR21-200 to PC or PS3 ?

I have a HR21-200 and would like to know if there is a way to copy a recorded show from the DVR to either a PC or my Play Station 3. My PS3 sees the DVR but shows all the files as unsupported. They are all on my local network.

So far only PC capture card will works for your request - select any what support your needs - SD any of them or HD then go with component input.
