Can I change an icon?

Over on the general FTA forum, I have a thread called "Newbies Gone Wild". Now that we have finally locked on to a satellite (with the help of dozens of members) I would like to change the thread icon to a Happy Face. Can this be done?

once the post is set you have like 10 minutes to edit the post otherwise its there for good

mods/staff can edit posts but it shows "post edited by ____________ reason______________" at the bottom
