Yes, and I think that this has caused issues with people thinking that they are paying $25 per recvr.

In reality, the DVR fee is 1 for the whole account.
The HD fee also covers the whole account.

These fees are for the entire account, so you do NOT pay $25 per recvr.

The only thing that you pay per receiver is the lease fee(mirroring fee) of $6 for 2 or more receivers, first one is credited(free) Everything else HD, DVR, Whole Home is for the whole account, as bundled together (10+10+5) for newer customers, older customers still have the line item broken down version, but whole home is $3 grandfathered not 5.
