Can Dish just leave their equipment and hardware mounted to the side of my house. I remove it there will be damage to the side of my house
but what if I want to take it all down and now I have holes in the side of my house? Who is responsible for fixing itWelcome to Satelliteguys!
Dish won't want the dish, bracket or wiring. At most they'll want the receiver(s), remote(s) and the LNB off the front of the dish.

But they did not say it would be left permeantly on my house when the installed it, Had I know that I would not have let them put it on the side of my house
Is it on the siding? If so, what type of siding is it?But they did not say it would be left permeantly on my house when the installed it, Had I know that I would not have let them put it on the side of my house

You can easily get out of sending the LNB back by saying it's too hard to reach to safely remove.I always thought that once items are permanently attached to your property they become yours...LNB, dish and cables. I've never returned any of those items...just receivers, etc.
I just hope they don't start to say prove it.You can easily get out of sending the LNB back by saying it's too hard to reach to safely remove.

I assume you reported him to Dish, yes?You should see what the moron did to my house. He didn't bother pre-drilling holes before using an impact driver to bolt in several 5" lag bolts and split the wood in half. I spent $30 in wood, nails, and paint fixing what the buffoon did.
I just hope they don't start to say prove it.
