Can anyone install in SW burbs of Chicago

I am moving to a SW suburb of Chicago. There is a dual lnb dish on the house, but I want to install my tripple LNB. Can anyone help me?

I do not want to use movers connection.

just use the existing mast for your new dish. Set your elevation, azimuth, and tilt settings to the proper values ( which can be found after you hook up your receiver) hook up the appropriate cables and you should be good to go. GOOD LUCK Make sure the existing mast is plumb and level.
