Hi,

Can I use a spare twin DP-500 to receive 129? I currently have a twin DP-500 to receive 110 and 119; so would the azimuth, elevation, and skew settings for this spare one be the same as the other one? If not, then what would they be for the 22027 zipcode? Which LNB (i.e., 110 or 119) should the cable be connected to or it doesn't matter? Thanks.

The Dish500 can grab almost any current slot in the E* fleet except 118.75W.

The point I don't want to be lost is that the DPP Twin is a good way to integrate it with an existing Dish500. The DP34 is popular but relatively expensive and requires double cabling to dual tuner boxes.

Back to the original question, the azimuth skew and elevation changes for every slot. You can't have all dishes pointing the same direction and hope to see different satellites. Go to dishpointer.com.
