Antonio Vega, 51, was caught on tape after repeated dousings of an elevator floor, door, and carpet prompted a police investigation complete with digital video surveillance. He's been charged with criminal mischief and told to pay $2,000 for the elevator clean-up. (Trenton Times)

Wealthy Roman women used to do that. Bring in some bum from the streets, give him all the wine he wanted to drink, then when he looked for a place to "go," he was seized and was "tied off." They then placed bets on death by bladder explosion or lack of blood circulation or whatever.
