Calling on Experts!!! Unplugging?

Ok I got your attention...I need to unplug the whole system (box, tv, all A/V) because I'm having a wall unit built-in.

Is it OK to unplug the STB from power,coax and phone line for a few days?
Is there anything that could happen when I plug it all back in?

I've unplugged everything several times without anything horrible happening. Relax---you'll be fine.

The worst that will happen is it takes a loooooong time to get Guide info.
