Cables,Cables Everywhere - Help

Several cables have become disconnected from my Dish VIP 622 receiver - receiver is totally dead, so am guessing one of them was the TV connection. Can someone point me in the direction of a pic/diagram of the correct cable connections for the receiver?

Well one should be a HDMI cable. That goes from TV to receiver. One should be TV2 out cable (co-ax). One cable (co-ax) from dish to receiver. The back of the Receiver is marked as to where each cable connects.

PS You may not have a HDMI cable if the installer used component/RCA (red, white, yellow) cables. The connections are also shown on back of receiver too.
