Cable lengths from rec to TV2?

What is the longest coax cable length I can use from the rec to TV2?

Depends on the quality of the TV tuner, the quality of the cable and whether or not you are using diplexers to get the TV2 signal back away from the receivers. I have run a TV2 over 500 feet one time, keep in mind that you may need to extend the range of the TV2 remote if the distance is excessive or there are obstructions in it's path.
