*C DSR315 : loooong time for channel to display

Here's the problem that only happens on my DSR315 and only on certain channels:

I tune to 400 (TSN), which takes up to a minute to finally tune in. I checked the Diagnostic C while it was at the "Please wait" screen and it came to +0.1 and other various low numbers. When the channel finally displays, I'm back to +8.0 and higher.

Equip: DSR315, 65E dish
Weather conditions: Clear, no wind
Location: 60 mi west of Windsor, ON

I've also seen this happen on channels 301 and 302, which is the reason why I investigated this more closely. I have not seen this occur on my DSR505.

Any thoughts?

It sounds like a bad cable (short somewhere). I have a DSR315 and when I hit 400 it comes in right away. I have a 75e (I'm in Minneapolis, MN) and numbers are around +9.0 or so

couple options
I would check all connections and make sure they are good.
Swap receivers to see if it follows along. If it doesn't, then its not the receiver
run a temporary cable to see if that helps
switch ports on the LNB
