C-Band With Coolsat 4000 Pro HELP!!!!

Hi there... Just a quick question... I purchased 5 Coolsat 4000 Pro's a couple weeks ago and I'm looking to hook one up to my Big Dish "Uniden video cipher Plus UST-4400,"Reciever"; Channel Master 10' Dish." as a Slave .. I havn't a clue on how to do this... I'm looking for detailed instructions on how to set it up to work the Big Dish,.. The more infor on this the better... And Remember I am a Newbie... Thanks alot for the help

Hi James, welcome to the forum

I use practically the same receivers as you and tried to slave the Uniden to the Coolsat.
The Coolsat wouldn't even boot with the Uniden slaved.
I haven't tried it the other way round as my receiver doesn't have a loop-out f-connector.

Hey Cascade, Thanks for the advice.. I'll go post it over there aswell.. Now could you explain to me how this thing should be plumbed??? Cause I don't even know where or how to plug one receiver into the other... I could use a good picture diagram or something..LOL Something basic..LOL Anyways.. any more help would be greatly appreciated... Thanks James

It would be best to slave the Coolsat to the 4dtv or analog IRD, this way you will still get all your analog wildfeeds and can sub to programming:
