I did satellite installs for ten years, but never had a reason to get into the C-BAND scene. I was surprised when putting together satellitetechnicians.com to find that there are still many guys who are willing to service C-band systems.
We have 124 companies listed so far who said "yes" to be willing to service C-band.
I think they mostly work on industrial, television, or radio uplink stations. Hardly any residential I'd gather. But I also discovered Skyvision that actually charges for paid C-band subscription packages! How crazy is that!
