C-Band on 1M offset????

I just ordered a 1M offset dish from Sadoun. I am looking forward to seeing what I can find in the KU band range. At the same time, all this talk of minibuds has me wondering if anyone has had any luck with a 1 meter offset dish like the ones they are selling over at sadoun. If so, what are you using for an LNBF and what kind of modifications did you have to make to get it to work.

Check out the 120cm dish for C-band thread. One guy had limited success with his 1m! Anyone else tried it?

If someone had a bird dog then you would have an idea of what you are lacking on getting a signal and if you are actually pointing at that particular satellite.
