I thought I would post some photos of a few C-Band antennas. Some of these are the ones that the company I used to work for made. Note the brochures and price lists. Ours were the ADM (Antenna Development & Mfg). Ours were a copy of the SA's. You can see the similarties. When we closed down, Our design and machines were sold to Patriot. Note the similarites. They changed the mounts and feed supports a bit.

I'm interested in picture 9 - - - the big one that can see the ARC all at the same time. We have one of those at work (Federal Government). Any addition information on that big one?

I thought the original dish at my home from 1985 or 1986 was an ADM. I think the pics are from between 1986 - 1990.

Wow...Yes it IS one of ours..Thats a 10 footer. If you will notice the hub, It has the hole thru it where the pipe would slide if it were on the tripod mount. Thats a great old dish, Thanks for the photo.

What were the prices?
Oh My now thats a good question.Back when we started making dishes the 1st one made was an 11 foot 24 panel. It was expensive. The one you have was probably made somewhere around 82-85. It ran about $995.00 the best I remember. Look at the price list. It is pretty much original from 78-79.

I'm guessing you have installed a new lnb in there? How does the feed rotate?
Yes a new LNB just replaced the old polorotor I that replaced the original system with which was a TV antenna rotor that turned the old LNA and feedhorn. Of course the new LNB picks up both polarities at the same time, no need to rotate anymore.
