I am considering a new D* system. I need one HD receiver and 2 regular ones. Is there any reason why a local dealer would quote $399 compared to D* online price of $299?
Because you can typically select the manuf and model from a retailer. D* plays round robin across manuf's, though you would probably receive a TS-360, HTL-HD, or possibly a DTC-210.
