Why in the world would the picture be broken up on channel 95 (Angels vs. Rangers) on one set (with a SONY HD receiver) and not on another (with a HD-DVR) at the same time?

What are the signal strengths on each receiver? Possibly a problem on the lines or it could be aging of the receiver Sony is older with a poorer tuner?
I'm thinking it might be the tuner because it did the same thing when it was in the bedroom. I always thought it was just a dish allignment issue. Now that I have two HD sets and receivers I made the discovery the picture didn't break up with the receiver/ dvr.
I have also found picture break up on 95 lately, I tried to watch the Red Wings last week and the break up was so bad I had to turn it back on the SD channel....
Majorly disappointed seeing how few oppertunities I have had this year to see them in HD.
