Broadlogic 2030

Hi there!
I'm new to sat world and to pci sat equipement in general.
I've bought a 2030 Broadlogic and i'm trying to set up correctly the whole thing
The card seems correctly installed with the latest VBOX drivers and the host VBOX application CAN "lock" signal on know transponders (i get some like 70 and even 80 signal quality).
Now the problems: the card seems to not scan for pids? And with ProgDVB and the like i cant' scan for channels (even if i get HIGH signal levels on most transponders).
As a extra in the lan properties i see only packets sent from the card and not receiving anything!
Lots of strangeness?
I'm lost please help me!
