Brief Outage This Morning

This morning SatelliteGuys was offline for about a half hour this morning due to a problem at our ISP.

"A routine refresh was performed of our BGP filters with our upstream providers. At that time, two subnets, 65.99.208.0/20 and 65.99.240.0/20, were excluded from the prefix lists due to human error. This has been corrected and service should now be restored. An incident report has been filed."

Thanks for letting us know Scott. Over the years I have belonged to various sites and some never tell people what caused a technical problem and the absence of knowledge leads to unfounded speculation.
