Is dish in breech of the 18 month contract if thay no longer have MLB. I came on with dish knowing it has MLB. So i should not have to pay early cancellations fees.

Dish is not be liable for Breach of Contract as you have not yet paid for something you will not receive. If you signed up to Dish in 2009 for just the baseball package, then they would be.

Read the fine print. Dish can and will add/subtract channels. It would be comparable to someone complaining that Dish added IMF to the lineup...or deleted Lifetime. Neither have anything to do with the overall service they provide.

No. They never promised you that they would have it for the eighteen months. And you were not given an option to terminate based on changes in the programming.

Besides there still has not been an announcement one way or the other.

agin there is no announcement. But the report is that MLB EI becomes an exclusive in 2007.
