Exactly. Mo WAS essentially a mediocre guard in this league until he came to the Cavs. Delonte was a 3rd string guard on the Super Sonics before coming to Cleveland! Now, both are starting AND doing well. I'm not putting down our role players, but a lot of people discount how good LeBron makes others around him.
"Mediocre"?! BEFORE he signed with the Bucks, he was sought after by about 12 teams in NBA were after him, INCLUDING the HEAT were he took LESS to go to Milwaukee. The HEAT offered him about $40 million for 5 years and he said no. The CAVS did not find 'a diamond in the rough', they did not have a heads up on everyone else. HALF of the NBA knew how good this kid could be.
