Well I went into BB yesterday and that machine was locked up so I power cycled it and started to play and got locked up again. I push the eject button and someone had installed a computer generated dvd -r disk and was scratched really bad. I walked away...no wonder I never buying anything from them.
Finally I found a blue shirt guy and basically they will not open a disk to show me what the player can do. Same question about the dvd-hd as well and same response.......Time to visit another dealer......really sad if you ask me. Oh and they only had the demo model of samsung anyway couldn't buy if I even wanted to....ugh
